At Apollo Scooters, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your scooter and all included accessories back into the original factory box to ensure the unit is protected from damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
